  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the quality of the system and the quality of service to public satisfaction on SIM services at Samarinda Police. The research method used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study using a Likert scale, purposive sampling and sample used as many as 98 samples. Data analysis tools used are validity, reliability, classic assumptions, and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the system quality and service quality had a significant effect to public satisfaction on SIM services at Samarinda Police by 60.6%, the rest of which was determined by variables not included in this study. And service quality is the most influential variable on public satisfaction on SIM services at Samarinda Police.
